El proyecto Nomdonalagana pretende solucionar un problema social (creación de sitios de trabajo destinados a mujeres que han sufrido violencia machista) inicialmente a través de productos alimenticios, aportando una diferenciación a nivel de calidad y fomentando el compromiso con la sostenibilidad y el medio ambiente. Porque creamos puestos de trabajo por un colectivo doblemente desfavorecido: las mujeres supervivientes de violencia machista. Porque para la fabricación de nuestras mermeladas trabajamos únicamente con productores locales de fruta de temporada y/o ecológica, directamente sin intermediarios. Además, hacemos compost de nuestros restos orgánicos generados durante la fabricación de nuestras mermeladas. Porque creemos en el tejido de comercio de proximidad de los barrios y la intercooperación con otras entidades de la ESS.
